    I RECEIVE TWO PREPAID CREDIT CARDS FROM T-MOBILE. ONE OF THEM IS ALREADY ON USE BUT THE OTHER IS LOST. I HAVE BEEN TRIED TO CONTACT BY PHONE IN ORDER TO NOTIFY & ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT CAD BUT IT HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN 1-877-482-7763. I CALL TO THIS # ABOUT SEVEN TO TEN TIMES IN THE PAST DAYS. FOLLOW ALL STEPS BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT SIX MINUTES UP TO THE POINT TO TRY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE AT THIS POINT THE SYSTEM INTERRUPT AND CONCLUDES THE PHONE CALL.

    PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. PREFERABLY A SPANISH SPEAKER TO 787-595-2389. I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
