All I want to do is access prepaid card. I tried to log in without any luck. Greer. Very frustrating. I called the toll free number. Waited 17 minutes. Agent told me “office is closed.” No wonder I only used PayPal a few times. Not worth the trouble. Please contact me to resolve this issue….we are only talking about $9.00
